Returns
At Embracing Mactress LLC, customer satisfaction is a priority. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition. Provided the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery, we may issue a refund of the full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Order Packages
If your order package arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost. Please email us at returns@embracingmactress.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged items. This helps us resolve the issue with USPS promptly and ensures you receive a replacement quickly.
We offer refund within the first 30 days of your purchase only, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds / Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping will be provided by us once your return is accepted. We will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return label first will not be accepted.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- If you want a refund for buyers remorse and the item is still in its original packaging and has not been opened or used, we will accept it back and will supply a return shipping label to the customer.
- Any items being returned must be in the original packaging and unopened. We will not accept items that have been altered, used, or opened.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund request. An email will be sent to let you know that your item was returned. A second email will be sent once the refund request has been processed.
- If the refund is approved, the price of your purchase will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days to whatever processing time your bank or credit card company provides for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
Refund Exemptions and Policies
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are exempt from refunds:
- Tarot Card Readings
- Body Butters or Hair Oils that have been opened, used, or altered in any way. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original, sealed condition.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@embracingmactress.com so we can review the processing status.
No Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.
Final Sale Items:
All tarot card readings are final sale. However, if you feel additional clarity is needed or your questions were not fully addressed, Embracing Mactress LLC will provide extra time at no cost to ensure you fully understand your intuitive messages.
