ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information from Embracing Mactress LLC.

STORE PICKUP

Embracing Mactress LLC is an e-commerce business and does not have a brick and mortar location for order pick-ups at this time. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Embracing Mactress LLC will deliver within 20 miles of North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Local Delivery will be Next Business Day, before 6pm ET. Please be sure to chose this option during checkout. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days for via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping generally takes up to 3 business days granted there are no weather-related issues, holiday schedule delays, or carrier issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping generally takes up to 14 business days granted there are no weather-related issues, holiday schedule delays, or carrier issues. Please note: International orders may experience delays past the expected 14 business days period. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, DAMAGED ORDERS

Embracing Mactress LLC does not accept returns on any Body Butters, Blessing/Intention Oil, or Hair Growth Oil that has been opened. If the item is unused, sealed, and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return within 14 days. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, Embracing Mactress LLC will replace your order. We ask that you please email us as soon as possible at returns@embracingmactress.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged products/order so we can work on our side to rectify the damage with USPS.
