Hello, beautiful soul, and welcome to my sacred space. My name is Towanna, and I am honored to share my journey and my heart with you.

As a mother of five, my days were often filled with giving—to my children, my family, my friends, and everyone in need. But one day, I realized that amidst all the care I was pouring into others, I had left little for myself. I craved comfort, peace, and healing, yet trips to the spa or moments of solitude felt out of reach—whether due to time, money, or life’s endless demands.

In that moment of realization, a seed was planted. I began crafting products that would bring me the peace and nurturing I longed for, right from the comfort of my own home. What started as a personal journey of self-care blossomed into something much greater—Embracing Mactress was born, a labor of love that became my company, Embracing Mactress LLC.

My mission is to create a healing space for you—a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to embark on your own journey of self-discovery and growth. Through my work, I aim to help you connect with your feelings, embrace forgiveness (both of yourself and others), and move forward toward your highest self.

No matter where you are in life—whether a parent, a caretaker, a partner, or simply someone navigating the complexities of the world—your energy and well-being matter. It is my hope to guide you in reconnecting with yourself, finding stillness, and nurturing your spirit through self-care and mindfulness.

As a Spiritual Healer, Spirituality Coach, and budding Apothecary/Herbalist, I believe that healing begins within. Whether through one-on-one sessions, collective gatherings, or the sacred products I’ve lovingly created, my purpose is to help raise vibrations and foster peace.
